How can I support you?
Embodied Resilience Coaching
Based on Pain Reprocessing Therapy and integrating clinical and biomechanical expertise, this is an innovative approach to reprogramming how we relate to our bodies, movement, and pain.
Virtual Pelvic Floor Consulting
Full body rehabilitation for clients with acute pelvic health concerns, including incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic girdle pain.
Mentoring
Clinical mentoring for newer pelvic floor therapists looking to up their game in both biomechanics and pelvic pain rehabilitation.
Embodied Resilience Coaching
Embodied Resilience is a different approach than traditional pelvic floor therapy. Building on the principles of Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Embodied Resilience is focused on re-educating the brain and nervous system while simultaneously utilizing movement, breath work, and visualization to move towards a pain-free experience of living.
Our work is centered on creating a lived experience of safety in the body. Using movement, breath, mindfulness, and belief work, we are able to address painful conditions from a more holistic, full body and mind perspective.
Embodied Resilience has a foundation of pain reprocessing therapy (PRT), which is an evidence based intervention shown to improve pain related outcomes. However, Embodied Resilience goes further to integrate clinical biomechanical skills and somatic processing for a more well rounded, deeper experience.
You’ll leave the coaching experience with a sense of ease, awareness, and confidence around the goings-ons in your body and how to work with them effectively — tools you can use for the rest of your life.
Coaching is for you if you feel stuck, or if you’ve tried traditional approaches with no success. It is for you if you are ready (and excited!) to dig in and do the work. If you’re ready to work with your body and emotions instead of against them, you’re a great candidate.

When I found Cait via her newsletter, I was 9 months into my chronic pelvic pain "journey" (if you will). I had done a lot of physical therapy and the pain had improved. At that point, I was struggling with modulating my response to pain and integrating the whole experience that I'd been through into my life. Basically, I would freak out anytime I had a difficult sensation! Over our 12 sessions, Cait taught me about anatomy, about movement, about approaching your responses with curiosity, about integrating fun and playfulness into recovery and, above all, that I was not alone and that compassionate help was available. She's wonderful and I highly recommend working with her!

Working with Cait of Ritual Pelvic Health was a game-changer for me in managing my interstitial cystitis. Cait’s approach of using evidence-based methods alongside a holistic response to chronic pain and pelvic symptoms really aligned with my vision and values and worked well for me. Cait gave me so many useful tools in my arsenal, both to respond to short-term pain and symptom crises as well as developing the tools I need to live well even with this chronic condition. She is also just an incredibly empathic and compassionate person to spend an hour a week with. Her approach to interstitial cystitis treatment helped me change my emotional and nervous system response to this condition, which has been hugely impactful in minimizing the intensity and frequency of my IC symptoms and getting to a more balanced way of managing the condition without absurd dietary restrictions. I can’t recommend working with Cait enough.

Cait has been such a tremendous help to me in managing my chronic pain from pelvic floor spasms. I had endometriosis excision surgery back in 2021, and have had some resurfacing issues developing into pelvic floor dysfunction over the past few months. I was so incredibly nervous to start pelvic floor therapy because of all the medical trauma I had experienced before finally getting my endo diagnosis. During Cait's intake process, I knew within moments of our first visit that I was in compassionate and capable hands. I feel that it has been so hard for me to trust my providers again after everything I've been through, but I 100% trust Cait. She's kind, funny, trauma informed, and extremely knowledgable. I feel completely safe and in control because she always makes sure to check in with how I'm doing both mentally and physically. She accomplishes so much during our one hour sessions, but also provides a ton of resources and information for me to continue my care on my own at home between our visits. I've been seeing her once a week for about 3 months now and I've already made so much progress; I remember even noting a difference after just one month. I really can't recommend Cait enough and I wish I had started seeing her sooner! It is without a doubt the best decision I've made and I'm so incredibly grateful for her.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cait. She guided me through my postpartum period with incredible knowledge, support (both physical and emotional!), and a lovely sense of humor. She made me feel confident in getting my body back in shape after pregnancy, worked through some painful challenges I was having, and made me feel totally normal in my experience. Cait helped me to set goals at the beginning of our time together, connected at the beginning of each session to let me guide our practice, gave me targeted exercises to work through at home, and was available by text or email anytime between sessions. She is incredibly knowledgeable. On top of all that, she took a genuine interest in my baby and my life outside of our work together. I would highly recommend her to all postpartum folks! Such a joy to work with her!
